Thanks a lot for your quick response. My bad !! Didnt realize the mug was printed on both sides ! I had to assemble to see both the images on the front and the back side. Sent the email the instant i opened the parcel. Sorry for the false alarm. The mug looks lovely ! Thanks.

Thanks for the reshipping the product . it was good with out any white spots. i think first time in india i got such kind of service , which is faster and reliable who concerned about customer feedback so seriously.This is definitely a positive heads for your company. why because i did online shopping with many sites i never see online site taking customer feedback so seriously. In my recent experience i bought 3 items i bought from ************* of 3,600. in that 2 were good and one was up to the mark. i am really struggling to get the product picked from my house .. so that they can redeliver it so i have very bad experience how these people play with customer once you pay the money...I was expecting that you take back my previous product from my side as i got the correct product.i even kept packing everything safe..
